REUNION, FR / MAYOTTE, FH. Until today, September 25, Ludovic is operating as FR/F1TEQ/P; then, from September 26 to 30, he will travel to Mayotte, where he will operate as FH/F1TEQ/P from Petite Terre. He will be active in the evenings and on weekends.

PERU. From September 25 to 27, the special call sign OC100ISL will be used to mark the centenary of the Peruvian Navy base on San Lorenzo Island (IOTA SA-052). Then, until September 30, the call sign will be used from the Peruvian mainland.

MARIANA ISLANDS, KH0. From September 25 to 28, Chusuke is operating as KH0/JR1FKR from

Saipan Island, Northern Mariana Islands group, IOTA OC-086.

OGASAWARA, JD. From September 25 to October 6, JD1BON (QSL via LoTW or direct

via JA1UII), JD1BOI (QSL via LoTW or direct via JI1LET), JD1/JE1NVD, and JD1/JI1CRM

are operating from Chichijima Island, IOTA AS-031.

BRAZIL, PY. Until September 26, Fabio PY4YY and Marcelo PY2AE are operating as PS1A from

Algodao Island, Rio de Janeiro State West group, IOTA SA-029. QSL via PY4YY.

GREECE, SV. On September 26–27, for the CQ WW DX RTTY contest, Dirk ON5CT is operating as J48S from Samos Island (IOTA EU-049); he will be active until October 10. QSL via eQSL, LoTW.

BERMUDA, VP9. On September 26–27, for the CQ WW DX RTTY contest, N7NU, WJ7R, and K7AR will operate as VP9I from VP9GE's QTH. QSL via WW3S.

GUAM, KH2. On September 26–27, for the CQ WW DX RTTY contest, I3ERV (NH2C), JR7OMD (WI3O), JG3RPL (N1BJ), JI3XOM, and KH2JU will operate as AH2R.

CANADA, VE. Until September 29, Mike (VE2XB) is operating as VY0ZOO from the Belcher Islands (IOTA NA-196); from September 30 to October 4 from Naujaat—also known as "Repulse Bay," an Inuit hamlet on Hudson Bay in the Kivalliq region of Nunavut; and from October 5 to November 6 from Igloolik Island (IOTA NA-174). He will be in Salluit, northern Quebec, from November 7 to December 10, and on Southampton Island (IOTA NA-007) from December 11 to 22.

BERMUDA, VP9. Until September 29, Lee (N7NU), Al (K7AR), and Ron (WJ7R) are operating as VP9/N7NU, and also as VP9I during the CQWW DX RTTY contest on September 26–27.

SAINT KITTS & NEVIS, V4. Through September 30, Tom K0YA is using the callsign V47YA, and Antoinette W5RCX is using V47RCX. They are operating from V47JA’s villa. Tom will use the callsign V47Y for the ARRL International DX CW Contest in February 2027.

PERU, OA. Through September 30, the special callsign OC100ISL is being used to mark the centenary of the Peruvian Navy's occupation of San Lorenzo Island. The callsign will be active from the island—IOTA reference SA-052—only from September 25 to 27.

GREENLAND, OX. Loren KK5LM is operating as OX5LM from Pituffik Space Base.

SOUTH ORKNEY ISLANDS, VP8, LU_Z. Ramon Alberto is operating as LU1DMZ/Z

from station LU1ZA at the "Orcadas" base on Laurie Island (IOTA AN-008). Established in 1904, it is

the oldest Antarctic base. The first Argentine crew, including José

Moneta, arrived in 1927, and the first official radiotelegraph station in Antarctica was inaugurated.

VANUATU, YJ. Until early October, Barry KD6XU (also known as 3D2BP) is operating as YJ0BP

from Efate Island, New Hebrides group (IOTA OC-035). He is expected to travel next to

Erromango and Tanna Islands, both also designated as IOTA OC-035.

JUAN FERNANDEZ, CE0. In early October, for about ten days, Moises CE3VTZ

and Felipe XQ7IR will operate as XR0Z from Alejandro Selkirk Island (IOTA SA-101). They

list this SA-101 reference on their QRZ.com page, although it does not exist in the "IOTA

Directory," which classifies the island under reference SA-005. Further details to follow.

MICRONESIA, V6. From October 1 to 7, Takahata JR1GSE will operate as V61GSE from

Weno Island, Chuuk Islands group (IOTA OC-011).

CAPE VERDE, D4. Until October 2, EA7KNT Paco is operating as D4SAL from Boa Vista Island

(Windward Islands group, IOTA AF-086).

EAST KIRIBATI, T32. On October 3 and 4, Ken KH6QJ will be active as T32AZ from Kiritimati for

the Oceania DX SSB Contest.

GREECE, SV. From October 3 to 12, Andy will be active as SV8/DC7WC from Corfu Island (IOTA EU-052).

SOLOMON ISLANDS, H4. From October 3 to November 20, Bernhard DL2GAC will again be active

as H44MS, and again from February 5 to May 7, 2027.

GREENLAND, OX. Until October 4, Bo OZ1DJJ is operating as OX3LX from Aasiaat Island

(Greenland Coastal Islands North West group, IOTA NA-134). QSL via OZ0J.

ICELAND, TF. From October 7 to 14, Dervin will operate as TF/PD9DX from the Borgarnes region.

He will participate in the Scandinavian Activity Contest (SSB) on October 10–11. QSL via M0URX.

SOLOMON ISLANDS, H4. From October 7 to 21, 9A3MR, DK8ZZ, 9A2NA, 9A3CJY (age 17),

9A4WY, and 9A7Y will operate as H49A from Guadalcanal Island (IOTA OC-047),

honoring 15 years of charitable work by the "Croatian Sisters of Charity of

Saint Vincent de Paul of Buma."

UNITED STATES, K. ​​From October 8 to 11, NV4C, K4JTT, and WK4U will operate as N4N

from Sapelo Island, Georgia (not Salpelo, as announced elsewhere)—IOTA NA-058—

marking the 16th anniversary of their first activity in 2010 for the International

Lighthouse & Lightship Weekend.

MALDIVES, 8Q. Until October 10, Juergen DL3JH is operating as 8Q7JH from Thulhagiri Island, North Atoll (IOTA AS-013). QSL via the DARC bureau or direct to DL3JH.

MALTA, 9H. From October 10 to 12, IK8YFU, IU8GUK, I8YGZ, and IU8HEP will operate as 9H/IQ8BV.

BONAIRE, PJ4. From October 10 to 27, Olli will operate as PJ4/DH8BQA and also as PJ4Y during the Worked All Germany Contest (Oct 17–18) and the CQ WW DX SSB Contest (Oct 24–25).

VANUATU, YJ. From October 11 to 16, Aki JK1JXZ will operate as YJ1JXZ.

AMERICAN SAMOA, KH8 / SAMOA, 5W. From October 15 to 18, Ryan will be

KH8/AG4ZP; then, from October 19 to 29, he will be 5W0ZP.

BERMUDA, VP9. From October 17 to 20, Josh will be active as VP9/W9HT.

SAO TOME & PRINCIPE, S9. From October 17 to 31, EC7R, D2ACE, CT1BOL, D2IM,

CT1BZG, CT2GFW (and not CT2DFW as announced elsewhere), and CT3MD will operate as S9R.

OGASAWARA, JD. From October 17 to November 2, Koutarou JP1IHD will be active as JD1BQP from

Chichijima, IOTA AS-031.

DOMINICA, J7. From October 18 to 27, FM5BH, F5VHJ, FM5FJ, and FM1HN will operate as J75A

for the CQ WW DX SSB Contest on October 24–25. Prior to the contest, they will

operate as J79BH, J79A, J79FJ, and J79H, respectively.

HONDURAS, HR. From October 18 to 28, James will operate as HR9/NV1U from Roatan Island, Bay

Islands group (IOTA NA-057), and as HQ9X for the CQ WW DX SSB contest on October 24–25.

POSTPONED. BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS, VP2V. Expedition originally scheduled for October 19–27

postponed to 2027 (exact dates to be announced soon); a team will operate as VP2VXX from Tortola

Island (IOTA NA-023) (participation in the October 24–25, 2026 CQ WW DX SSB contest is cancelled).

RODRIGUES ISLAND, 3B9. From October 20 to 28, Kazu will operate as 3B9/M0CFW and as 3B9KW

during the CQ WW DX SSB contest on October 24–25; he will also be active from November 22 to

December 2, including during the CQ WW DX CW contest on November 28–29. QSL via LoTW.

SAINT-PIERRE & MIQUELON, FP. From October 21 to 26, Matthew will be FP/WF2A (not

FP/W2MJR as announced elsewhere; that is one of his two former callsigns). He

will participate in the CQ WW DX SSB contest on October 24–25.

PALAU, T8. From October 21 to 29, JH3LSS (not JH1LSS as announced elsewhere),

JA3IVU, JA3HJI (other sources cite JA3HJU), JI3DNN, and JA3AVO will be

T88DK, T88ED, T88DN, T88CZ, and T88MB, respectively.

SCOTLAND, GM. From October 22 to 26, Stewart G4AFF will be GM4AFF/P from one of the

Shetland Islands, IOTA EU-012. He will operate as GM5E for the CQ WW DX SSB contest on October 24–25.

MICRONESIA, V6. From October 22 to 26, Masaya JM1LBO will be V63SC from Pohnpei

Island, IOTA OC-010; he will participate in the CQ WW DX SSB contest on October 24–25.

ITALY, I. On October 24–25, for the CQ WW DX SSB Contest, Michal will operate as IH9/OK1M

from Pantelleria Island (IOTA AF-018).

CYPRUS, 5B. On October 24–25, for the CQ WW DX SSB Contest, Rich M5RIC—who

had initially planned to use the callsign P3CR—has ultimately opted for the callsign C41X.

MADEIRA, CT3. On October 24–25, for the CQ WW DX SSB Contest, DF7EE will operate as CQ3W.

DOMINICA, J7. On October 24–25, for the CQ WW DX SSB Contest, FM5BH, FM5FJ,

F5VHJ, and EA1BP will operate as J75A.

JERSEY, GJ. On October 24–25, for the CQ WW DX SSB Contest, Tev will operate as MJ/TA1HZ.

ANDAMAN & NICOBAR, VU4. From October 24 to November 7, W0ZB, K1LZ, VE2DX,

VU2RS, K1NZ, KB2FMH, K2SAV, and N4VGE will be active from Andaman, IOTA AS-001.

Five stations will operate 24/7. They will activate three POTA references (IN-0003, IN-0005, IN-0007) and

participate in the CQ WW DX SSB Contest on October 24–25. Call sign pending.

JAPAN, JA. Until October 26, the special call sign 8J7SPO is being used to celebrate the 80th "Japan

Games" and the 25th National Sports Festival for People with Disabilities,

held in Aomori Prefecture. QSL direct via JQ7ATB.

PALAU, T8. From October 26 to 30, Ken BW2/JP1RIW (also known as BM2JCC) will operate as T88KH.

CHILE, CE. From October 29 to November 28, Heli DD0VR and his wife Bigi DE3BWR will

travel to Chiloé Island, IOTA SA-018. Heli has requested a special Chilean call sign.

ANTIGUA & BARBUDA, V2. From October 30 to November 6, JJ2RCJ (also AB2RF),

JA3FHL, JA3PJL, JH3UHG, and JA0JHQ will be active from the V26B station.

AMERICAN SAMOA, KH8. From October 30 to November 12, DJ9KH, DK5WL,

DL1KWK, DL2RNS, DL4SVA, DL6KAC, DL6KVA, DL7JOM, and DL7VEE will operate as KH8A

from Pago Pago Island, IOTA OC-045. Nine operators, 4 stations. QSL via DL4SVA.

WILLIS ISLAND, VK9W. Until October 31, Sands VK4WXW is operating as VK9WX

from the weather monitoring station during a winter mission with the Australian

Bureau of Meteorology. Established in 1921, this station issues cyclone warnings for

Queensland. QSL via Charles M0OXO.

SOUTH SHETLAND ISLANDS, VP8, HF0. Until October 31, Rafal SQ4O is operating

as HF0PAS with the 50th Polish Antarctic Expedition at the "Henryk Arctowski" station

on King George Island, IOTA AN-010.

FRENCH POLYNESIA, FO. Sometime in October, Haru JA1XGI will operate as TX9XG from Rangiroa Atoll, Tuamotu Archipelago (IOTA OC-066).

BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS, VP2V. During November, Bob will operate as VP2V/GU4YOX

and VP2VBB for the CQ WW DX CW Contest on November 28–29.

BANGLADESH, S2. During November, the S21DX team will be active from Kutubdia Island,

Chittagong Region group, IOTA AS-127.

ANTARCTICA, DP. From November 2026 to February 2027, Felix DL5XL will operate as DP1POL,

returning to the German "Neumayer III" base.

CAPE VERDE, D4. From November 4 to 11, Giovanni IZ2DPX will operate as D44PX.

ENGLAND, G. On November 7 and 8, James M0GQC will operate as GB100TL from Tibbett’s Lookout on Lundy Island (English Coastal Islands group, IOTA EU-120).

SOUTH SHETLAND ISLANDS, VP8. In mid-November, Gil IZ2GMR (also known as K2GMR) plans a 9-day stay on King George Island, Antarctica (IOTA AN-010). He will operate as K2GMR/MM from the boat and as KC4/K2GMR once on the island.

CHRISTMAS ISLAND, VK9X. From November 16 to December 4, the VK9XY expedition—themed "The Next Generation Takes the Helm"—is being organized by the Pacific Islands DXpedition Group (PIDXG) and the "Youth on the Air" (YOTA) program. Led by Max N4ML, the team includes eight young operators from the USA, Lithuania, Japan, and Malawi. QSL via M0OXO.

SINT MAARTEN, PJ7. From November 18 to December 2, Garry KC9EE will operate as PJ7EE from Villa Arcadia and participate in the CQ WW DX CW Contest on November 28–29.

CARIBBEAN TOUR. From November 20 to 23, Chris DL1MGB will be active from Anguilla (callsign VP2E not yet assigned); from November 23 to 30, he will operate as PJ7WW from Sint Maarten (participating in the CQ WW DX CW Contest on the 28th–29th); and from November 30 to December 9, he will operate as FS/DL1MGB from Saint-Martin.

GRENADA, J3. From November 22 to December 2, M0SDV, GW4XUM, G3NKC, G4PVM, G3WPH, and NN3W will operate as J38W and participate in the CQ WW DX CW Contest on November 28–29.

SAINT HELENA, ZD7. From November 22 to December 5, G4BWP will operate as ZD7WP and Andy

5Z4VJ as ZD7VJ. They will participate in the CQ WW DX CW Contest on November 28–29.

BONAIRE, PJ4. From November 23 to December 1, KU8E, N8VW, and K9NW will operate

using their home calls (PJ4/homecall), and on November 28–29, they will operate as PJ4A in the CQ WW DX CW contest. QSL

for PJ4A and PJ4/KU8E via K4BAI; for the others, via their home calls.

BRITISH BASE IN CYPRUS, ZC4. From November 23 to December 1, Adrian G0KOM

will operate as ZC4MK from Melanda Beach. He will participate in the CQ WW DX CW Contest.

PALAU, T8. From November 25 to December 3, JH1OLB will operate as T88DT and participate in the CQ

WW DX CW Contest on November 28–29.

MICRONESIA, V6. From November 26 to December 1, JH3AIU will operate as V6AIU and JR3RIU as

V63JX from Chuuk Island (IOTA OC-011). QSL via home calls.

BAHAMAS, C6. On November 28–29, for the CQ WW DX CW Contest, VA3DF, VE3RZ,

and VE3TW will operate as C6AAG. QSL via M0URX.

SCOTLAND, GM. On November 28–29, for the CQ WW DX CW Contest, GM3WOJ and GM4YXI will operate as GS7V from the Shetland Islands (IOTA EU-012). Before and after the contest, they will operate as GS2MP. MAURITIUS, 3B8. On November 28–29, for the CQ WW DX CW Contest, KX7M, 4O3A, E70A, and YT1CI will operate as 3B8M.

TONGA, A3. On November 28–29, for the CQ WW DX CW Contest, W6NV (also A31WW) and K0AV (also A31AV) will operate as A31W from Vava’u Island (IOTA OC-064).

NEW ZEALAND, ZL. On November 28–29, for the CQ WW DX CW Contest,

ZL3AB, ZL3GA, and ZL3PAH—members of the "Quake Contesters group"—will operate as ZL3X.

TONGA, A3. From November 28 to December 4, Tommy VK2IR and John VK3YP will

operate as A35TV.

SAINT MARTIN, FS. From November 28 to December 11, K9NU, KT8X, NQ9N, VA3CW,

WB8BZK, W9MR, W9AP, and K9EL will be part of the TO9W expedition and will participate in the

CQ WW DX CW Contest on November 28–29.

AUSTRALIA, VK. VK1AX is active from Deal Island (IOTA OC-195) until November 30.

SVALBARD, JW. Anna, JW5MUA, is on Bjørnøya (Bear Island, IOTA EU-027) until December.

She is particularly active in the SOTA program using her Elecraft KX2 from the icy peaks of Spitsbergen.
