UKRAINE, UR. For his 50th anniversary as a licensed radio operator, Nick US8AR is EM50AR. Furthermore, the two special call signs EM100W and EN100WLKK celebrate the centenary of the Lviv Radio Club, founded in 1926 as the Lwowski Klub Krotkofalowcow (LKK). It was one of the most important radio clubs in Europe before World War II.

GERMANY, DL. Special call sign DB100FT for the centenary of the Berlin Radio Tower (Funkturm), one of the city's most iconic landmarks. This 150m high steel lattice tower has been broadcasting since 1926. QSL via DO2PZ.

GERMANY, DL. The airline Lufthansa is celebrating its centenary. It was founded in 1926 as "Deutsche Luft Hansa AG". Amateur radio operators will participate with the special calls DA100LH, DL100LH, and DK100LH.

BANGLADESH, S2. For 2 to 3 days throughout the year, the S21DX team activates 17 locators (grid squares) via the QO-100 satellite, with 2 stations per locator, primarily in SSB and CW. Locators NL41-NL46, NL51-NL55, and NL60-NL65. Operators use their personal call signs: S21ACP, S21AM, S21FIA, S21HMX, S21MOB, S21RC, S21RED, and S21YLJ.

Until March 1st, for the 30th anniversary of the Akademik Vernadsky base, a scientific station in Antarctica, the Ukrainian Antarctic veterans will be using the special call sign EM30VER, each with their own: EM30KY (UT1KY), EM30KCC (UR5KCC), EM30LV (UR8LV), and EN30UA (UT7UA). Founded in 1947, the base was originally a British Antarctic station named "Faraday," transferred to Ukraine in February 1996 and renamed Akademik Vernadsky.

DENMARK, OZ. From March 1st to 8th, the special call sign OZ100OZ will be used to commemorate the centenary of the first Danish amateur radio license, issued in March 1926. More than 40 licenses were granted that year, marking the beginning of amateur radio activity in Denmark. QSL via OZ1ACB.

SPAIN, EA. During April, a special call sign EG1912T will be used in tribute to the passengers, crew, and especially the telegraph operators of the Titanic. "EG" stands for Spain, "1912" signifies the year of the sinking, and the letter "T" refers to the Titanic.

due to new government regulations, while licenses for Fiji are

still available. The Rebel DX group will soon organize an expedition to Conway Reef,

I learned with surprise and great sadness of the passing of Sharon Taratula,

who was the ARRL representative on the mailing list for the newsletter "La Compil' DX,"

to which she had been subscribed for several years; her role and the functions she performed

for so many years within the ARRL with professionalism and efficiency, were

of considerable importance. She was so dedicated, always ready to help

and advise so many OMs and YLs around the world, who regularly asked her questions;
